We only receive the details you choose to email us. We use cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics. We don't sell your data, run ad-trackers, or build profiles on you.
This policy explains how Marshal — a product of Parshva Holdings, LLC ("Parshva", "we", "us") — handles information when you visit marshal.parshva.io or get in touch with us.
1. Information we collect
Things you send us. Our contact forms don't transmit data to a server — they open a pre-filled draft in your own email app. We only ever receive the information you choose to send: typically your name, email address, repository or project link, and your message.
Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool. It records anonymous, aggregated data — page views, referring sites, country, and device/browser type — to help us understand how the site is used. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
Server logs. Our host, Vercel, processes standard request logs (such as IP address and user-agent) to deliver and secure the site, as is typical for any web server.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss working together.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- To keep the site secure and operational.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information.
- We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- We don't build advertising profiles about you.
4. Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. Our analytics are cookieless.
5. Data retention
Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to correspond with you and maintain our business records, then deleted. Aggregated analytics contain no personal data.
6. Third parties
We rely on Vercel for hosting and analytics. Email you send reaches us through your own email provider. We don't pass your information to anyone else.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information you've sent us at any time. Just email rohan@parshva.io and we'll take care of it.

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top of this page.
